Apprentice Teacher Form

Juniors and seniors who wish to participate in apprentice teaching (AT) must have a 2.8 cumulative grade-point average and a 3.32 in at least two courses in the major field in which apprentice teaching is to be done. Before the Registrar can roster them for apprentice teaching (course number 300 in the department in which the apprentice teaching is done), this form must be completed, approved, and submitted to the Registrar. To complete the course, apprentice teachers must submita written report on their experiences to the central coordinator in the Provost’s Office.
